Tuesday, April 2 , 6:00pm-  We love the food and flavors of Greece, join us for our Big Fat Greek cooking class!  Greek Salad that timeless classic, will be our first act followed by the tragically delicious Pastichio (Greek-style lasagna) which layers pasta, a Greek-style tomato sauce, beef, and béchamel (all in phyllo dough, of course).  Finally we’ll close with a decadent sweet treat Kourabiedes– or Greek butter cookies.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beverage.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
