Description

Gather your family around the table for these savory “one dish wonders”.  In this class you will learn to prepare the foundation for any pie you can imagine – Pate Brisee (the French version of classic pie crust)  Once we have built the foundation we will combine the savory additional ingredients for  Tomato Pie and Turkey Pot Pie.  Don’t forget dessert…the all time October favorite Pumpkin Pie!

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
