Join us Tuesday October 11th to learn to prepare these Oktoberfest inspired German favorites.  German Style Pork Chops baked with Sauerkraut will be served with German Potato Salad .  As a sweet treat we will learn to make homemade Marzipan. 

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
