On three consecutive Tuesday nights in December we will offer our Holiday Host Series just in time for your Christmas and New Year’s entertaining. Each night  you will learn tips on creating a delicious themed cheese board featuring a different cheese each week.  The class will also include instruction for preparing two appetizers  and an easy dessert.

On Tuesday, December 13th your cheese board will feature Gougeres- delicious choux pastry puffs, with cheese and herbs, Stuffed Endive  and Tiny Twice Baked Potatoes (filled with cheese and bacon), and decadent Toffee Bars for dessert !

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full sampling of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
