On just about any given day of the week several Tallahassee area farmer’s markets offer many options for you to pick and shop FRESH for your family’s meals.  If you haven’t taken the time recently to visit at least one of the local farmer’s markets you really need to…. it is quite an experience.  This class will showcase some great recipes you can prepare with items provided by local farmers and producers.

During this demonstration class you will enjoy Corn and ricotta fritter appetizer, watermelon & arugula salad, tomato pie, and an amazing chocolate zucchini cake for dessert.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
