Join us in the kitchen Tuesday, April 12th when Chef Jessica will demonstrate this week’s Italian favorite; Pesce Piccata with buttered lemon orzo and capers…. a simple to prepare yet impressive dish will be paired with Roasted Broccoli, Hot Buttered Garlic Knots and New York Style Cheesecake. This meal although suitable for entertaining will certainly become one of your family’s favorites too!
Pesce (or fish) used for this class will be a wild-caught, mild white fish and we will also discuss how to choose the fish you use when you make this at home.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
