Our most recent Dim Sum class was so popular that we’ve scheduled another session with the same menu! Explore with us at KitchenAble on Thursday, March 3 as we celebrate the food and flavors associated with the traditions of the Lunar New Year.  Our menu will include: Potstickers, Scallion Pancakes, Pork Baos (Steamed pork buns), and Custard Tarts.

Cost of class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.  Seating is limited and guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.

*Since this class is on a Food Truck Thursday we recommend you arrive  little early to find a parking spot and plan to stay to enjoy the live music.
