Tuesday, August 21 at 6:00pm- Join us at KitchenAble to learn to make (by hand) the delicate potato dumplings, known in Italy as gnocchi.  After learning a basic dough recipe (and three techniques for forming the dough) we will enjoy our pasta as Gnocchi all Norcina (or Mushroom and Sausage cream sauce), with a fresh Green Salad, and refreshing Limoncello Sorbet for dessert.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
