Tuesday, August 28 at 6:00pm- We hope you’ll join us in the kitchen as we explore one of our regional favorite dishes: Fish and Grits.  Our fish for this class will be wild-caught, fresh fish from the gulf (Grouper or Snapper- depending on market availability), pan-fried in a Pecan and Parmesan Cheese Crust, served over Stone Ground Local Grits- with lots of cheese, topped with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Sautéed Greens, and accompanied by a Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad with Pancetta and Apple.  For dessert we will enjoy Pecan Shortbread Cookies.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
