Soups and Stews Class, November 2

On Thursday, November 2, at 6:00pm, join us at KitchenAble for a seasonal menu of soups and stews.

Dishes taught will include Poblano Corn Chowder, the classic French Onion Soup (with the cheese toast- of course), a delicious Thai inspired Coconut Curry Lentil Stew, and finally Turkey Tetrazzini Soup, with delicious Pumpkin Spice Sugar Cookies and a seasonal salad.

Cost for the class is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes
prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine
glasses are provided) if you wish. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance by paying with any credit card.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if we do not reach the minimum reservation requirements.
