Join us on Saturday, October 17 at 1pm-2pm to create beautiful, edible art as you make and decorate your own loaf of focaccia bread (to take home and enjoy). Learn the basics of how to make a yeast bread and then make a classic dough that you can embellish with the herbs, vegetables, and spices we provide.

Cost of class is $25 and participants receive a recipe printout and samples of the featured dish to take home and enjoy.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 1:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.

Space is limited- we will limit our seating to 8 participants to allow for social distancing during class, per Leon county guidelines please wear a mask during the demonstration and do not attend if you are showing symptoms of illness (cough, fever, or shortness of breath) or have been exposed to someone with COVID in the two weeks prior to this class.
