Tuesday, April 16, 6:00pm-  Just in time for Easter and Passover we will share our savory recipe for Provençal Leg of Lamb (there is no mint sauce with our recipe!), Roast Fingerling Potatoes, a delicious Asparagus Salad with roasted peppers and a Balsamic Dressing.  For desert we will create our famous Meringue Nests filled with chocolate hazelnut and chocolate candy eggs. 

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beverage.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
