Description

Join us Tuesday Night, February 18 for a class you’re sure to love, PIZZA.  We’ll teach you our favorite technique and recipes to create the perfect pizza. We will start with our New York Style Pizza Dough with a recipe we learned from a retired NYC firefighter, and top that with our favorite Pizza Sauce, and a variety of toppings.  We will also enjoy a fresh green salad with our homemade Italian Dressing.  And for dessert we’ll have Chocolate Chip Dessert Pizza. 

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
