Tuesday, November 12- Be ready to host during the holidays with this tasty menu.  Learn to make and enjoy Pecan Crusted Pork Loin with Peach-Horseradish Sauce, served with Rice Pilaf.  A fresh green Goat Cheese Salad and dessert of Baked, Stuffed Cinnamon Apples will complete our meal.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
