On Tuesday October 15- bring your favorite beer and join us as we celebrate the flavors of Oktoberfest!  We’ll savor German favorites including Mustard Crusted Pork Schnitzel over fresh Spaetzel Noodles.  We will also have a Warm Brussels Sprout Salad with Bacon and for dessert enjoy Apple Strudel.

Cost of class is $45 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.

Space is limited- we will limit our seating to 8 participants to allow for social distancing during class, per Leon county guidelines please wear a mask during the demonstration and do not attend if you are showing symptoms of illness (cough, fever, or shortness of breath) or have been exposed to someone with COVID in the two weeks prior to this clas
