It’s all gravy- literally.  Explore and learn the art of making the 5 classic mother sauces with this 2-part class*.  This session (part 2) will conclude the series with the final three Mother Sauces:  Tomato, Espagnole, and Hollandaise.  We will enjoy these sauces with asparagus, fresh bread, and baked fish.  *Classes must be booked separately and it is not required that you attend both sessions.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
