On Tuesday, August 13 at 6:00pm- Enjoy more flavors from Brittany as we make and
taste a few of their famous crepe recipes! Learn a classic Crêpe recipe then how to fill these delicious pancakes with an assortment of both savory and sweet options including: French Onion Crêpe (filled with caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese), Brie and Apple Crêpe, (with or without prosciutto) and the famous Nutella Crepe for dessert. A Fresh Salad with Fig Vinaigrette will accompany our crepe extravaganza.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
