Join us on Tuesday, March 29, at 6pm as we explore delicious spring flavors with this delicious cooking class.

Our menu with include: Fresh Green Salad with a homemade vinaigrette dressing, Company’s Coming Roast Chicken– a delicious juicy bird seasoned with citrus, herbs, and olive oil. Roasted Spring Vegetables including radishes and asparagus, and perfect Strawberry Pavlovas as a delightful and delicious dessert.

Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
