We are excited to again participate in the Seven Days of Local Delights as it is hosted again by the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance.

Our menu with include: Fresh local cheeses, a seasonal salad, roasted seasonal vegetables, stone-ground local grits, sautéed seasonal greens, local chicken, local bacon, and a delicious citrus dessert. The exact menu will be based the the absolute freshest ingredients we find at the market this week!

Cost of class is $65 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of the dishes prepared. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
