Please Join us, Tuesday- April 16, at 6pm:

Learn the basics for making your own Seafood Stock, the technique used for Risotto, and we will create a delicious, creamy Seafood Risotto that contains shrimp and lobster. Fresh Prosciutto and Arugula Salad Rolls, Poached Asparagus, and a Fresh Berry Trifle will also be taught to accompany this delicious, spring-inspired menu.

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
