Please Join us, Tuesday- May 21, at 6pm:

Explore new flavors and find new favorites as we learn recipes inspired by the foods of Peru. We with start with the famous, Peruvian Ceviche which is made from fish and fresh vegetables that have been “cooked” in citrus. Our entree will be the famous Peruvian Style Chicken, which is marinaded in a delicious sauce then grilled and served with Aji Verde (a delicious and spicy sauce), rice, and finally for dessert Suspire Limeño or “Sigh of a Lima Lady”- their famous custard and meringue dessert.

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
