Due to the overwhelming popularity of our tomato pie class on June 4, we are thrilled to announce a second session on June 11! Join us at KitchenAble at 6 PM for an evening of delicious culinary learning. In this class, you’ll master the art of making our famous Pâte Brisée short crust pastry and use it to create a variety of delightful pies, including a savory Tomato Pie, fresh Berry Slab Pie (with a lattice crust), and old-fashioned Buttermilk Pie. We’ll also enjoy a fresh seasonal salad to complement the pies. We look forward to having you with us for this delectable experience!
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
