This delicious menu will include Crispy Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli, Fresh Baked Focaccia Bread, Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower, Stuffed Chicken Breasts with sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, and goat cheese. Finally for dessert we will enjoy a refreshing Lemon and Rosemary Granita.
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
