Please Join us, Tuesday- March 19 at 6pm.

There won’t be an egg hunt for this cooking class but there are so many delicious ways to enjoy eggs- we’ll enjoy quite a few of them.

Our menu will begin with delicious southern favorite Deviled Eggs– topped with an assortment of delicious toppings (with a fresh green salad), We will teach and share our favorite technique for making the viral Sous Vide Eggs (these are perfect for a brunch or to freeze and put in your lunch on the go) and our main dish will be a classic Quiche Lorraine baked in a flaky crust. Finally for dessert we will make perfect Meringue Cookies and then show you a delicious way to make them in the famous Eaton Mess with fresh strawberries and cream.

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
