Join us at 6pm on Tuesday, March 26- 6pm.

We will share and teach one of our favorite Easter feast menus. We will begin with a fresh salad using seasonal ingredients then enjoy Leg of Lamb cooked perfectly over charcoal and accompanied by Roasted Root Vegetables, Minted Peas, and Honey Carrots. For dessert we will enjoy a Classic Carrot Cake for dessert.

Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
