This May we’re celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a FIVE week series of Latin inspired recipes. Join us as we share a few favorite dishes from Mexico and their neighbors, we will even share a few dishes from our recent trip to Panama.
Tuesday, May 16, 6:00pm (week 3)- Ropa Vieja, the tender shredded beef stew will be made by braising beef until it reaches perfection, we’ll enjoy this tasty stew with Panamanian style tortillas- they are much thicker than the ones from Mexico. For dessert we’ll cool down with paletas or popsicles, the icy and popular desserts that come in a variety of delicious and imaginative flavors.
