This May we’re celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a FIVE week series of Latin inspired recipes. Join us as we share a few favorite dishes from Mexico and their neighbors, we will even share a few dishes from our recent trip to Panama.
Tuesday, May 9, 6:00pm (week 2)- Pescado a la Veracruzana, the delicious fish dish will be prepared using local, wild-caught gulf fish in a sauce with tomatoes, capers, and olives. Served over rice with a Fresh salad, Chayote Squash, and decadent Cajeta (Mexican Goat Milk Caramel) sauce on Vanilla Ice Cream. *This menu is gluen-free.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of
the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
