Turkish Feast Dinner: Friday June 30, at 6:00pm. A four course dinner and cooking class featuring the flavors of Turkey.

Enjoy the exotic flavors, Relax and watch as our team prepares the full meal in the kitchen while you dine.

Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Our menu will feature:

First Course: Zucchini Fritters (Mucver Courgette)

Second Course: Turkish Shepherd Salad- a fresh chopped salad of cucumber, peppers, and tomatoes

Main: Sultan’s Delight (Hünkar Beğendi)- a delicious lamb stew served with a Béchamel and eggplant puree

Dessert: Kanafeh/ Konafa- a shredded phyllo pastry with a cheesy filling

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.  Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that may need consideration.
