Description
Enjoy a Southern Seafood Feast with our Chef’s Table Cooking Experience, Friday, October 20th at 6:00pm. Join us for a seafood cooking class.
On arrival enjoy refreshing Shrimp Salad with Thousand Island Dressing. Then learn basic fry techniques as we make Fried Oysters and Fried Shrimp, plus our famous Cocktail Sauce, a delicious Tartar Sauce, and also enjoy Blackened Redfish with Classic Southern Coleslaw, Boiled New Potatoes with butter and parsley, Fried Hushpuppies with Honey Butter, and finally for dessert enjoy Atlantic Beach Pie (a lemon meringue pie).
Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
