Enjoy an Italian Feast with our Chef’s Table and Hands-on Cooking Experience, Friday, August 18 at 6:00pm. Join us for a 5-course cooking class.

On arrival enjoy freshly prepared Bruschetta followed by a course of delicious Zuppa Toscana soup. A fresh Italian Salad will follow then guests (that want to) can help as we make fresh Pasta which will be cut into Fettuccini to be topped with chicken and Alfredo sauce with roasted broccoli. Finally for dessert we will enjoy assorted fresh Cannoli.

Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Salad: Tossed Salad with Italian Dressing

Entree: Fresh made Fehttuchini in a creamy Alfredo Sauce with chicken and roasted broccoli

Dessert: Cannoli
