Dim Sum Chef’s Table Experience, Friday July 7, at 6:00pm. Join us for a HANDS ON cooking class.

Learn new ingredients, explore new flavors, and participate in this hands-on cooking class.

Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Our menu will feature:

Char Siu Bao- steamed buns filled with Chinese seasoned barbecue pork,

Scallion Pancakes- made from tapioca flour and scallions,

Vegetable Pot Stickers- and a dipping sauce,

Sautéed Green Beans- with garlic and sesame oil,

Lo Bak Go- also know as turnip cake,

Moo Shu Duck- in a light hoisin sauce, and

Bolo Bao- a slightly sweet pineapple bun, and hot tea.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.  Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that may need consideration.
