Mexican Fiesta Dinner: Friday May 5, at 6:00pm. A four course dinner and cooking class featuring a Mexican Inspired menu.

Enjoy the flavors of Mexico, Relax and watch as our team prepares the full meal in the kitchen while you dine.

Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Our menu will feature Mexican Flavors:

First Course: Nachos with fresh ceviche, guacamole, and our fresh squeezed Margaritas (BYOT- they will be virgin)

Second Course: Elotes- Mexican Street Corn topped with cheese, herbs, and citrus.

Main: Barbacoa Pork Tacos with assorted fillings and fixings including Spanish Rice and refried beans (and fresh made corn tortillas!)

Dessert: Fried Ice Cream


Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.  Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that may need consideration.
