Tuesday, October 24 at 6:00pm- Taste the flavors of the Mediterranean with us as we make and enjoy a fresh Greek Salad, Arancini (a fried appetizer with rice, beef, and parmesan cheese), Eggplant Rolatinini (stuffed with ricotta cheese and herbs), and Italian Wedding Cookies.  

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
