Tuesday, September 12 at 6:00pm-Latin Flavors are back at KitchenAble as we fire up the grill for beef infused with Chipotle Adobo, Garlic, and Vanilla for a fabulous Carne Asada.  Accompaniments will include Grilled Vegetables, Arroz Con Gandules (or rice with pigeon peas), and a flavorful salad.  For dessert we will enjoy Mexican Chocolate Brownies. 

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
