Description

Our exploration of soups (and salads) from around the world continues with Eastern Europe.  The menu will start with our recipe for Hungarian Cucumber Salad.  Then, we’ll make a Borscht that can’t be beat.  For dessert we’ll assemble a Chocolate Babka that any grandmother would be proud to create.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
