On three consecutive Tuesday nights in December we will offer our Holiday Host Series just in time for your Christmas and New Year’s entertaining. Each night  you will learn tips on creating a delicious themed cheese board featuring a different cheese each week.  The class will also include instruction for preparing two appetizers  and an easy dessert.

On Tuesday December 20 (week 2)  We will start with our featured The Cheese board then learn to make a beautiful Puff Pastry Wreath perfect to serve  with Spinach and Artichoke dip And for the sweet addition to the party…..chocolate dipped pretzels that are perfect to serve or give as holiday treats. 

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full sampling of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
