In celebration of the Tomato Feast-ival we will be celebrating all things tomatoes and teaching our classic Pate Brisee (or short crust) and the famous Tomato Pie that we serve at the Feast each year. In addition to this slab pie we will also teach and make a healthier version of a Fried Green Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad, Refreshing Seasonal Gazpacho, and Zucchini Bread for dessert.
Cost of class is $65 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with
the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
