French Flavors with Seafood- Chef’s Table Experience, Friday July 21, at 6:00pm. Join us for a 5-course cooking class.
We will start with a tasting and discussion of our favorite French Cheeses with fresh baked French bread, then we will enjoy delicious steamed artichokes with fresh mayonnaise, our entree will be the classic Fish Meunière, then we’ll have a Salad course, to be followed by the magical Ile Flottante or floating island dessert.
Cost of class is $75 per person and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Our menu will feature:
Apero: Assorted French Cheeses and fresh baked bread
First Course: Steamed Artichokes with fresh Mayonnaise
Entree: Poisson Meunière (garnished with Mussels) with buttered potatoes and haricots verts
Salade: Classic vinaigrette salad
Dessert: Ile Flottante- a light meringue floating in creme anglaise.
Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
