Think of Brittany and think villages in bloom, small local markets with fresh produce and seafood, spectacular coastlines and sunsets, historical and national monuments, beautiful music and quite, tranquil, traditional Celtic culture.

The class on June 28th will feature French Foods I Miss the Most (having just returned from our Bon Appetite’ Brittany adventures) and we want to share the recipes and flavors with you so that you too can have the experience and taste of the flavors from the northwest French coastal region of Brittany.

The menu will include Artichokes with fresh mayonnaise, Moules a’ la Bretagne (Brittany style mussels), Crepe Complet  (Buckwheat crepes with ham, egg, & cheese), and a delicious French dessert!

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
