Kids are back in school this week …..but you don’t want to let go of summer just yet? Reserve your seat at the table for this tropical summer foods class  and we will take you away on a flavor vacation.   These recipes are great for entertaining and can be prepared as an appetizer or a light dinner.

We will serve and prepare Avocado Summer rolls with wasabi-soy dipping sauce, coconut fried shrimp with tamarind and lime sauce, papaya blueberry salad with a ginger lime dressing, and mango mousse for dessert.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
