On Tuesday October 15- bring your favorite beer and join us as we celebrate the flavors of Oktoberfest!  We’ll savor German favorites including Mustard Crusted Pork Schnitzel over fresh Spaetzel Noodles.  We will also have a bibb lettuce salad with Salatsauce (salad dressing) and a decadent Bienenstich or Bee Sting Cake for dessert.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
